Slipped, fell and hurt myself badly

I went to B. Nagiahs last sunday an slipped on spilt oil on the floor (which should have been cleaned up) and fell flat on my back. It was so embarrasing as people stopped stared and laughed at me, but I also hurt my back really badly. I am suffering with internal pain up till today which is almost a week later.

I think that there should be better clean up services so that this doesn't happen to anyone else in future. I am also thinking about possibly seeing a doctor if the pain continues and I am also considering taking up legal action.
