Disappointed and No Response

Monday 16th Sept 2013 I registered at [URL Removed] in order to buy some items. I received confirmation by email it was confirmed to be delivered Wednesday 18th Cash On Delivery... right one time before I leave on Holiday the next morning.
When it was Wednesday 15.00h I was wondering if they are still delivering so I contacted TakeAlot.
Kyle responded and told me it was cancelled because on their side it said NOT payed by creditcard. I told him I have confirmation it was COD on Wednesday 18th and NOBODY advised me it was cancelled. It appears there was a technical error on their side. Kyle promised me to take action to see if it still could be delivered Thursday 19th before 9.00h because it was 5 o clock he was going home.
After that I have NOT heard from Kyle EVER... no explanation or resolution (customer service, potential NEW client) not even a response to the emails i send.

There you go Take Alot... next time I will use Kalahari again..
