Poor quality and service

We purchased a gomma gomma lounge suite and Vista display unit from Ellerines in Strand in September. I noticed that the material on the couch was not stitched correctly and contacted the delivery depot about the problem, I was told they will need to collect it for repairs even though we only had it for -3 months. They collected it and neglected to cover it with any form of protection taking it out the apartment. Got the couch back 2 weeks later and now there is still a gap in the fabric and the wooden trim is now also damaged. Now they want to collect it again to query where it got damaged thus leaving me with 3 seats instead of 5 again for an unknown period of time. over the weekend we took the display unit apart to put it back in the box for our move and found that the bolt for the top shelf of the unit has been hot glued in place with a bulge standing out thus making the bolt non removable and making storage difficult. We did request for the unit not to be assembled for this specific reason but instructions were ignored. NOW WE KNOW WHY!!!
