I got my TV back from Makro Strubbens vally last week Thursday still to found it has not been fixed when the sms said I should collect it. Karting the TV back to Makro, Thandile in the service department said he would phone LG for a credit, but has since failed to do so since Monday 23 Sep after he insisted I only bring it then. Does it take so long to get hold of the supplier and get me my Credit. ive been promised a phone call yesterday before close of business but did not receive it! Went their today again to find out what the is going on... now apparently he is not in??? So no one else by the looks of things can help me???
