I was promised that I will get another lounge suit

I logged a complaint about Morkels on 9 October 2012 since today since today nothing has happened, I need to know what should a do now, I really need help, becouse now I am stuck with a lounge suite that I am not happy with it and I have paid more than R40K for it.
