Yesterday I went for my repeat medication at dis-chem Clearwater mall. Gloria the lady that assisted me checked the system and found that the repeat medication dosage higher than the usual dosage. Gloria went above and beyond by ensuring that the information on the system and the prescription was the same. She then consulted with myself and I confirmed that the details on the system was correct. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for going the extra mile and delivering excellent customer service, We need more people like her that make customers feel like people and worthy.
