I have been very impressed with Dischem Northgate in general and Anglelika in particular.

On more than one occasion she has made recommendations to improve the efficiency of my dad's medication and offers to call doctors or the medical aid to clarify without me having to ask her to.

Just this week, she clarified the dosage of my dad's medicine with the specialist and found out the correct dosage. And she managed to get some of my dads medication on his chronic benefit by calling the medical aid.

I am not used to service people offering to help, On the contrary more used to them fobbing it back off on me.

I so appreciate her assistance in these matters.
