I went to Dis-Chem in Canal Walk Centre earlier in the week to pick up a prescription for my baby girl. Now, Dis-chem didn't have my prescription on file because I originally gave my prescription to another pharmacy (Durbell in Cape Gate). So the pharmacist called Durbell and arranged that they look up my prescription and fax it to Dis-Chem. When they received it, they put the prescription on their system and I was able to get the items that I needed. Great job! You really went the extra mile and you have a very happy customer.
