Excellent service from Dis-Chem Verdi Centre

I was very surprised to get a call from Dis-chem, Verdi Centre, reminding me that my chroninc medication is due. I handed my repeat script in at the pharmacy, but never expected that I will be reminded that my medication is due!! They offered to get the medication ready and I can pick it up any time from tomorrow!

That is what I call service beyond customer expectation! Thank you Dis-chem - you knocked my socks off with this service!
