I sent an email on the 30/09/2013 giving new banking details and received a response email confirming that my request has been received and that my details have been updated accordingly. After some few days i received a call from a lady that was complaining that my account was overdue so i told her a debit order will be going through since i have updated my details. She asked me to confirm the details which i did, that is when she advised me of the amount that will be going through and we ended the call. Today i receive sms notification and the amount has been debited twice. I just want a refund as soon as possible because this will disturbe my other commitments. Surely the one lady that called procesed another debit order without checking properly hence it went through twice.
