I contacted the call CC wrt update of banking details, was given an email address and requested to send the details thro. Email was sent on 01/11/2013. No feedback received, contacted them again on 18/11/13, spoke to a Royston Halford, received an email cnfmtn that he THEN updated the details. Only to find that when I called back abt 2 weeks later, the details were still not updated.By then the debit order was returned and penalties incurred. I was advised by a Robert Kanie to send the proof of penalties, was done and I got an email to say the that January 2014 will be less the penalty fees, however the details were updated late and once again I will have a returned debit order for January. HOW IS SENDIN THE INFO ON 01/11/13 LATE FOR JANUARY 2014??? The person responsible for this update is a Revonne Thomas to whom the very 1st email was sent. To date, Revonne did not contact me or reply to my email. Due to her incompetence I have RD's against my bank acc not once but twice. I have sent 8 emails, requested more than once to be contacted by a superior, still to hear from them. To date still nowhere with this. Superiors are just as bad as the CC, PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
