HIRSCHS CENTURION - Shocking Service

Over the past month, I have had nothing but BAD SERVICE, FALSE PROMISES and wasted time from the Centurion branch of Hirschs. This includes the Branch Manager, Malcolm Chetty and thesales lady who made the sale, DIANA GIANI.
They were quick to take my money and assist when I was a new customer but when going back to them for service, the problems started. I have been promised many phone calls and that they would resolve the issue of changing my extended warranty on 2 items on purchased in AUGUST due to them damaging the items in transit to me.
The store lost all my paperwork they asked me to leave so it could be changed.
After 5 x trips to the store, ranting and raving and eventually stating today that I would not leave the store until my issues were resolved, they did something about it and gave me new paperwork.
As to my original paperwork and credit card slips, its vanished and nobody knows where it is...

I would CAUTION people to make sure they are also not on the receiving side of this bad service from HIRSCHS in Centurion.
