Great Service from Byron at Hirch

I was looking to buy a fridge and was assisted by Byron at Hirschs in Fourways. I went into a competitors store and saw the same fridge on sale. I phoned Byron and gave him the details and he was happy to match the price and even had the fridge delivered the same day.

When the fridge arrived I figured out that I had got the measurements wrong and it was not a good fit. We had opened the box so I never for one moment expected that we would be able to return it.

We phoned Byron the next day and without missing a beat he said that they would gladly exchange the fridge. We went into Hirschs chose a fridge that would fit paid the difference and we were on our way.

I would like to thank Byron for going those 2 extra miles for me. Firstly on matching the price and second for rectifying my mistake.

I would recommend that kind of service to anyone.
