Very good service

I would like to express how proud i am with the Hirsch stor in boksburg, i bought the 6 sense whirlpool oven from this store and it was fitted in my kitchen, after using it for the second time the glass inside the oven broke and and i called the store and and they promised to call me back and ask someone from whirlpool to come assess the oven. Which was done and the guy frm whirlpool did come though he took a while to attend to my query and the staff at Hirsch kept calling to find out if my oven was fixed. The oven wanst fixed as the people from whirlpool promised to come and they never did. When i had given up and lost hope that my oven will ever be fixed the poeple at Hirsch Boksburg called me again to do a follow up and i told them no one has come from whirpool to fix the oven.

A lady by the name of Gwen who works at Hirsch boksburg called and stated that its been over a month and the oven should have replaced, without any hassle she offered to have a new oven delivered to my house and within 2 days my new whirpool oven was delievered!
