NO service NO help

I have been retrenched I had to go into the nearest store with paperwork to be faxed to the department that handles the claims. It has been 3 months now and after numerous rude and threatening calls nothing has been done. I have been notified that my name has been affected at ITC. Yesterday 23 Sep they called again for money when they gave the phone to the manager Lerato. She couldn't give me answers and said she will get back to me on Wednesday seen that Tuesday is a public holiday. They have incompetent people phoning and demanding money. Rude and shouldn't work with people. HELP. I have all the paperwork to prove everything was done as soon as possible from my side and nothing was done from jets side and now I'm sitting with a bad name at ITC. I even went into the nearest store and explained my situation and to pay some money where the store manager advised me not to as it will jeopardise my claim.
