Service is amazing

I have been a Customer of Hirschs' for some time. Let me be frank: their service is amazing. There is absolutely NOTHING that they do not do for their customer. My Samsung Dryer and Washer Combo packed up a few days ago. The item was just out of it's CPA 6 month period but after paying a 10% handling fee, they happily collected it and refunded me as per my request. The item was still in almost brand new condition, hardly used and still with stickers etc, but they really did go the extra mile. Keith is a great manager and really does love his customer. Deon is an excellent Regional/Area Manager who totally wants to ensure customer satisfaction too. In fact, they even put Allan's number on the net for all to see - therefore transparency is key and they can never be accused of not wanting to engage with a customer. Well done Alan and Team Hirsch for employing staff that care and for ensuring that you look after your customer, even if it's a month after the CPA warranty expires. I love your service and would definitely recommend Hirschs to anyone, anytime.
