Bad Service and attitude

I bought a Clover Ultra Mel Zero on 23 September, at Checkers in Oudsthoorn. When we used the product on the 24 September the whole top came off. When you open the product you need lift the lid to peel off the silver thing that covers the opening, well when we did this the whole top came off. This is the second time this has happened.
Phoned the customer service number as listed on the website and was told I need to sort it out with the rep, told them I am a consumer and when was then revered to the store. Firstly I bought the product on the Monday, 23 Sept, used some of it on the 24 Sept. It is not the stores problem that your product is faulty.
I wanted to report this that you can look into the product that you can sort it out, not to be sent from pillar to post about your product problems. Sort this out
