I bought a hoodie from the Superdry in Sandton. After the hoodie's first wash the colour on the printing dyed the actual material. I went back to where I purchased the product with the now defunct hoodie. I explained to the store manager what had happened and that I took time and lost out on operational expenses to get there. He then said I must come back after 48 hours, so that an investigation can be made and again I told how much of my petrol and time this was going to take as I do not reside near Sandton. He had the nerve to tell me that I was lucky enough to get the item on sale. It was almost as if he was doing me a favour by me purchasing from this shop. He called me this afternoon and told me the product was in fact a hoodie that wasn't supposed to be sold. He then offered to give me a credit and I said only if they could replace my product with same product that I initially purchased, otherwise I would like a refund. He told me that this wasn't possible and let me know how much effort he went through and the time he took out of his day to have the bad hoodie he sold to me sorted out. Like he isn't employed to do that. He also then tells me how difficult I am
