DEBITED THREE TIMES ON CREDIT CARD FOR SAME ITEM

On 9 September 2013 I purchased goods at Edgars with my Discovery Platinum Card. On the 11 September 2013 they credited my account with R1049, 85. On 16 September 2013 they debited me again with R1049.85 and debited again on 11 September 2013. It is imposible to discuss the matter with anyone at Edgars who say well its not their fault! (Head Office) and I must go back to the store and sort it out. Why must I spend a frustrating half hour trying to sort out when it is clearly their fault. Discovery said that they will be unable to reverse and I would have to complete a dispute form and wait at least 21 days to receive the R1049.85 Edgars incompetently debited me.
