Debited twice

I am so upset and displeased at the manner i was treated at the Edgars in Pretoria Church street. i bought a gift card yesterday which was R500.00 i was debited twice and what irritates me is that i told the teller that she had debited twice and she told me that it had declined and that if that was the case it would be refunded same day. to my suprise i was told today by the store manager that i must wait for their system to pick it up within 48 hours and if it doesnt i must come back with a 3 months bank statement with a bank stamp, of which i must pay R40.00 ontop of all the inconvenience that EDGARS has caused me. i dont appreciate this as i had raised this with the lady who assisted me while i was still in the shop.. now i have to deal with this chaos... i am so inconvenienced as i hv to leave work and attend to this matter. ANGRY CUSTOMER!!!
