Staff tampering with goods pawned

I pawned my goods all still new and in new boxes, when i when to redeem my goods i had to wait a long time for them to bring the goods out of the storeroom, i waited so long for my sasmung S3, by the time i got it when i went home there was no charger, i went back immedietly the next day and the cashier handed me my charger right from under the counter, when it was supposed to be in the box, he knew exactly where it was and looked guilty, upon charging my phone i noticed my screen and cover was cracked the brand new box looks old and broken, upon switiching my phone on some of my things were deleted, my memory card was out the phone had clearly been tampered with as they downloaded games, chats, addme, games, racings games etc) exchange rate, the changed my ring tone, uploaded software and deleted my stuff, i cant even get the phone to work properly or to redownload my files, this person went through my personal emails, photos etc, my phone looks so bad i dont want it, when i bought the phone cash in nov so its not even a year old yet since leaving it there it looks worse than a dogs breakfast, i had my data services cancelled and this person re-activated it, I want this sorted out
