No feedback/Staff tampering with Goods

I logged my first complaint and when i went to the branch they gave me a whole lot of and said i must swop my new phone for a secondhand one... and the owner was supposed to be there to meet me and sort it out never arrived!!! the staff told me i had to wait for them to finish smoking before they could sort the matter out, Headoffice promised to follow up and still no feedback... last night i had to go to a school concert and when i charged my ipad for the whole day this being the first time i checked it after collecting it from the store, upon arrival at the school i noticeda photo had been taken from my ipad AGAIN!!! What the, how can you trust to leave your good there when staff who proberly cant afford the goods just uses it as they please, and i bet ill get another story from the branch and h/office again and told to swop it for a second hand ipad..!!! i better go check my my laptop tonight guessed they fiddled with this as well... THINK TWICE before trusting to leave your goods at this store!! Do these not realise we know our stuff and can see when some one has tampered with the goods, you delete or wipe the memory.something gets left behind
