I took in my laptop for repairs and I was called yesterday that it is ready. I dicovered that my charger was exchanged with an old broken charger. When I addressed this matter to the manager she said that was the charger she got with the laptop. No one would explain what happened but they just said they will call me. From my understanding everything needs to be labeld to avoid things like this. I am not willing to take that laptop back without my charger. I do have pictures of my laptop and I want a vidio footage of the day I brought my laptop. As the manager told me that if its not with the technician there is nothing they can do. I will have to take the broken charger. I am willing to do anything just to show these people that they must respect us and our goods bcause we are paying money and there is no way that they treat us like stupid.
