Out of Stock even though article said guaranteed

We tried 2 cash crusaders branches for the wii games advertised in the cash crusaders supplement for R59.95. The supplement said guaranteed stock. We went to the chatsworth branch and they had no stock. We then went to the Fields Road branch in central Durban and the salesman said no stock. My son then spotted the games in the top shelf. When my husband asked to see the discs the salesman refused to let him see the disc. He then took the disc and wanted to clean it with window cleaner which is unacceptable. Very dissapointing and poor service.
