I bought furniture to furnish my whole house, Russells were so quick to sign the documents and get the sale, that they messed up the account, i then had to follow up every second day to see what the status of the account was. only to be told that i need to drive MY petrol and go resign paperwork due to them moving stores and my paper work was misplaced. Now after a year of paying, I find out BY CHANCE that i have 4 Russells accounts reflecting on my name on the ITC records... what on earth would anyone need 4 accounts for. I AM BEYOND IRRITATED WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE. I then called Russells to query this and am told to come in AGAIN to discuss the issues. NO WAYS am i going to do this. I DID NOT MAKE A MESSUP< They DID. I am through dealing with incompetent people that work there. I Am taking this further.
