Airo Space Bed full of faults

I want to bring under your attention the following: We received a airo space bed last year (August 2012) as a gift, slept once on it and then it started to tear lose on the seem. We then exchange it in December 2012 and on Easter weekend slept on it and it started to tear lose again. We were not happy at all, because you guys are marketing this product as being the best and the Intec mattress (that is a cheap product) after 6 years is still in working condition. It is not that the bed is not completely useless the 2 times I actually slept on it was wonderful, but like to go camping for a long weekend and then your mattress deflates and you are 40km from a town, and we travel the 40km and then there are no mattresses in this town, you get grumpy for having not a great weekend. I would either get a return (money wise) or do not mind to exchange it again bit to have two so that I actually have a back up. Please can you get back to me with the soonest answer of what to do not use for me to go screaming and shouting at the sales lady, because she is just doing her work and that is why I decided to send you this e mail. This was 8 days ago that I send this message on the web site!
