Billed twice and Edgar's Manager can't do refund

Hard day at work, I walk into Edgar's Bayside Mall and its about 18h40 and the store has like two workers in it, I there to pay my account and purchase a gift card for my sisters birthday. There is one cashier and I wait almost 15 mins to be seen to. The cashier does the payment of my account using my debit card. Then I ask to purchase the gift card on account, she says I got to pay around an R8 difference, so I pay with my cheque crd and then she proceeds to charge me the full amount of the gift card after charging it to my account already. I am already frustrated, I have been at the store for almost half an hour, they call a controller who pretty much stands there and wastes my valuable time, then comes Nomvuyo, who only wants to pass the buck and cannot even process the refund, pathetic excuse for a retailer, he takes the slip and doesn't even understand what it means and says my refund will be in my account the next day, it was never done, he promised To call and check on it and let me know. No call, Edgar's you pathetic excuse for a retailer, where is your customer service and where is my money
