I applied online for a Sheet Street account on 5/8. I got a quick email reply saying: "application has been declined because of email address required". I replied asking what that means and their answer was that the email address must match my name and surname. Our email address is in my husband's name and all the replies came to me but wasn't good enough for Sheet Street. So I opened a gmail address in my name and surname and informed them of that. Today I got a phone call from Terisha saying because I don't have a work phone number (I work from home) and a landline number the application will be declined. Why couldn't they add that to the first reply they sent on 7/8. I am very disappointed. Their reasons are stupid!
