I am unable to unsubscribe from their spam!

I recently received a promotional email from Edgars. When I try to unsubscribe I get this message -
DETAILS: THIS SECTION IS FOR YOU TO OPT OUT / UNSUBSCRIBE SHOULD YOU NOT WANT TO RECEIVE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION, AS WE CAN ONLY OPT YOU OUT IF THE DETAILS SUPPLIED BY YOU IS CORRECT.
They then go on to demand my cell no, my email address, my ID no and land line etc. I don't have an account at Edgars or anything to do with them.
This is NOT acceptable. One should be able to unsubscribe with a simple click on the link to unsubscribe.
