Poor Service with no assistance

I am so disappointed at the service I received at the Pick n Pay in Van Riebeeck Park today. With the heat and long lines, I patiently waited my turn. About 10min in the line, its finally my turn and I hurry to get done as I have two tubs of icecream in my trolly. The cashier swipes my card and says its been declined. Having just used my card I was shocked and asked her to retry. She does and says loudly its declined. With the lines so long I was so embarrassed. She then calls her supervisor who tells me that the Fnb lines are down and then walks away to a corner and stares at me. I have shopped here for over 8yrs, so I waited while someone could assist. 15min later and nothing. I called for a manager who was not available. And still nobody in the entire store was able to help me pay for my goods. I spent about 45min in the store already, at which point I decided to simply walk away and go to the Spar down the road. Since I live within walking distance from the Pick n Pay, and visit the store everyday I am extremely disappointed at the poor service I received today. There was no communication and I felt totally humiliated having stood there like an holding up the line :(
