Pick 'n Pay
PICK 'N PAY - BEWARE OF THE BAD SERVICE OF WIMPY!

I know this is not the fault of Pick 'n Pay, but I have received the most pathetic service today at the Wimpy inside Pick 'n Pay!! And problem is, I am not the only customer complaining!! I normally love to go for a cup of coffee, or a quick breakfast or lunch at the Wimpy, when shopping at Pick 'n Pay. Today, I was so furious, that I walked out, without even thinking to do my shopping in Pick 'n Pay, after my "supposed to be" quick lunch!!

We waited for nearly an hour (45min) for our food, after ordering!! People who came long after us, (about 15 min after we've placed our order) received their food, and was nearly finish eating, when we at last received our food!

Just after we've received our food, another customer stand at the pay point in the front, complaining about the "worst service ever received" from any restaurant! She said that she was in a hurry, because she was on her way back to Jhb, but waited so long, that she don't even want the food anymore!!

As I say, I know its not Pick 'n Pay's problem, but today, Pick 'n Pay lost a sale, because of Wimpy!!! I'll rather go to Checkers, eat there at the Coffee Shop with excellent service, and enjoy my shopping afterwards.
