I purchased a pair of Nike sandals on the 5th January. They broke and returned it to the Centurion branch. The saleslady I spoke to asked if I wanted a refund, I said I would prefer to get it replaced as I quite like them. She then checked the system to see what branches had stock and said they will do an IBT. Keep in mind this whole process took atleast 30 mins as the bat-knocking in machine caused the system to go down. Anyways a replacement pair was found and Armand the assitant manager was called to approve the IBT.

As he was about to to do it they tell me I will have to pay for a courier. I tell them I will not as the courier will probably be more expensive than the goods and this is the first time I have to pay for a store to get stock. I can understand the charge if I requested them to get something that I never had, but I was returning a defective product. I told him to please arrange that it gets sent here without me having to pay for a courier, as its a bit ridiculous. He said he will get back to me on the Monday morning. I asked him twice if he will call me. He said will. This was on Sat 26th Jan. Now the 4th Feb and I am still waiting for Armand to call me.
