Pick but cant pay

I am at the Diepkloof square Pick n pay and absolutely shocked at the fact that there are hundreds of people in the shop and only 6 tills open. The line of people waiting to pay for their groceries is going into the isles. Here's a question, why is it that in Soweto, there are always only a 1/4 of the store tills open? Maponya mall is exactly the same. When I shop at your stores in more "white areas" I have never seen lines as long as this. Its upsetting and unsettling because I doubt anyone can actually argue with the fact that its like this in most of your branches in soweto. Note to pick n pay, if that's what your call the store, naturally it means your value proposition to your customers should include ease of service and that we can actually pay easily for what we have picked. I'm extremely disappointed.By the time you guys respond ill probably still be in this horrible line. 30 minutes in the queue and counting.
