Pathetic service from manager and no feedback

I went to White River, Mpumlanaga Pick n Pay! I shop there almost everyday and have has no problems. Until a couple of weeks ago, where they were having problems with their Speed point machines, then it is offline, then the one at the counter does not want to work.

I used my RCS card that certain day, like i have done in the past!

First the card said declined, but i received the sms that it went through, called the manager on duty, showed him and told him about it. He said if the machine said it declined then it didn't go through, so they put my card through another time and got another sms, so that means my card was used twice for the same transaction. I reported it, then they requested my monthly statement, which i got and handed it in at the manager. and now its been about 2 or 3 weeks and they have not refunded me, we have made contact with the store and they will then follow it up.

It is just pathetic service!!!

I want my refund!!! I phoned in this morning spoke to another manager then put me through to accounts, transferred me again twice then i had to hold the line for about 8 minutes, i then decided to just put the phone down
