Today i went into the greenacres game branch. a lady assisted me so nicely.i wanted a canvas DIY wardrobe, which is on special. The item that they had on display was not the item that i was interested in, i wanted the wardrobe with shelves. The lady offered to let someone assemble it for me because of the sizing, if the size was too small i would've gone for the bigger and more expensive product. The first guy i approached sent me to go look for Chris. Chris then shoved me off to another Chris because his family was there and he couldnt be bothered to assist. I was told the thing cannot be assembled when i asked, he didnt even try to explain the height and the width or even ask what i was looking for.i called the call centre spoke to Hericht or something like that he then got rude and uptight, said he cannot apologise, asking me if want the guy to read the size of the box (am i dumb), and i got rude back. he wanted the ladies name so he can lodge a complaint against her when she was the only one that assisted. Im off because asking for assistance was too much, YET ITS THEIR JOBS!! AND WE AS CUSTOMERS MAKE THAT POSSIBLE!! your call centre they wanna defend instd of apologise
