Ad customer service, bad attitude

I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, i could not find my size on the shelf so i approached a gentlemen in the store and asked him if there was anyone to assist me, his reply was no i should go to customer service if I'm looking for a specific size. i stood in a queue for twenty Min's waiting for assistance with only two customers in front of me. when i finally got some assistance the store was offline so when the lady finally got the info i needed she told me she could only check stores within the Northern Suburbs and that if i wanted to purchase that specific shoe in the southern suburbs i should go to one of the stores in the southern suburbs and ask them to check which store has that shoe. I then had a few other items i wanted to buy and when i wanted to pay for them the lady had disappeared. i asked the cashier next to her to assist me and she told me she couldn't because she already called the next customer. The lady that was initially assisting me had gone to lunch and i had to wait. This is only one of the many bad experiences I've had in this store
