Poor Customer Care

I went to the Toys R us today with my parents and two kids in tow, (Tokai branch). My parents decided to buy a stroller for their one grandchild, hoping to use it that day. I bought a computer game and another item from the store. The lady at the till assisted my parents, my dad wanted to take the stroller out of the box as he wanted to see if it works... I asked the lady if there is anyone who can assist us in putting it together, she gave us a pair of scissors to open the box our self's...
She put the sale through, was not helpful at all..my dad then put the stroller back in the box and walked out of the store... nobody was interested in helping.
I paid for my purchase..she told me the amount and I said I first wanted to get the disc for the computer game before I pay..she insisted so I gave her the money, the one guy came back and said the disc had a bad crack, he showed me and says I must get a refund... the lady says I must fill out the form..I refused, I wanted my money back, by that stage my child was crying... I refuse to fill it out, I never walked out of the sore with my item or even held it..the lady just ignored me and after a long time she gave it back..I was disgusted
