Excuse after excuse and after lie!!

I bought a lounge suite in Feb 2012 and after waiting 9 weeks it was delivered but I returned it as it was very badly made. Rochester made me a whole new set which took another 11 weeks. Anyway less than 8 months later the springs starts coming through the fabric on the 2 seater couch. I called Combo from the Randburg branch where I bought it from on 11 Jan. He made arrangements for it to be collected. It is now 4 March and I still don't have a lounge suite nor an indication as to when it will be delivered to me. I did mention on 11 Jan that the cushions have never fitted properly and perhaps he and his store manager could come have a cup of tea with me to see this. Believe it or not the managers response was "if she did not like the lounge suits she should have complained months ago". Rochester fall down in their after sales service and I will certainly never purchase even a lamp shade from then again - and neither should you.
