Reverse transaction in 5 minutes

I paid for clothes of about R700 at a Rage store on a Saturday morning in Eikestad Mall Stellenbosch - 5 minutes thereafter I walked to my car and realised and should have not bought the items due to financial reasons and credit card which left me without money and I only realised this when drawing mone after my shopping spree. I phoned the store immediately whilst sitting in my car to avoid extra time to pass and asked them if I can return the goods and get my money back. WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND I HAVE THE PROOF OF SLIP WITH THE TIME ON OF THE PURCHASE AND TIME OF CALL ON MY PHONE BILL! I was just advised in a manner that I was told no goods can be returned. I feel thaT due to the fact that it was within 5 minutes and a emergency, I could have taken the clothes back and get my money back. Due to this bad service and not wanting to help or the manager even listen to my dilemma, I shall never buy anything from Rage again and advise all my friends to close their accounts. Their unhelpfilness and understanding is in my eyes uncalled for, as they allready had my money - Why should they care was the impression I got. I still want my money back and won't wear the clothes.
