Never shopping at Rage again

Not sure why i'm even writing this, as they dont even respond. i recently recieved a gift card to the value of R354.00. i purchased goods to the value of R334-00, and it clearly states on the gift card that R20 or less change will be given in cash. Firstly the cashier said that i cant get the cash, so i show her where it clearly states on the card that i can, so she calls 'whoever' and makes me wait, needless to say 20 minutes later, i am still standing in the shop waiting for the cashier to get authorisation!!! i left the shop without the cash and then e-mailed the head office about my complaint. i get a response this morning saying that i cant get the cash, but it will stay on the card for my next purchase??? I have now scanned the T&C's at the back of the card and sent it to the incompetant bunch at Rage because clearly they have not done their homework and didnt even bother to look at the card before replying to me!!! i will never be shopping at Rage again, so i've just wasted R19. My complaint is not about a measly R19. Its about Customer service which Rage clear know nothing about. Well lets just wait and see if they respond to this!!!
