I WANT MY MONEY BACK

I went to Rage in Centurion over a month ago. They had a promotion of buying 2 pairs of shoes and getting one free. i bought 3 pairs of shoes and the sizes/ colours of the shoes i wanted wasn't available. The cashier was alone as the rest was on lunch and i tried to make her job easier and told her not to worry i will change it myself at the Olivenhout branch or Grey owl as i stay in Midrand. Monday i called both places and didn't get what i wanted and went to Charles and Keith and both myself something else similar to what i got from Rage but 3 times the price that i intended spending one 1 pair but the service was amazing. I took it back the next weekend to Rage and i was told that i can't give them the shoes back as i need to exchange them as they don't do refunds (which is as i was refunded before) I left the shoes and the slip at the branch and told the lady to get management to contact me and nothing. I after 3 weeks from purchase remembered that they still owed me and went back spoke to the same lady and she said she needs to phone head office, who told her i can't get my money back. I do not have their shoes and i don't want them want them I WANT MY MONEY BACK
