I purchased an electric tooth brush around January/February this year.
It packed up a few days ago
I took it back to the store Saturday the 14th September to try and get it replaced.
I spoke to someone at the front of the store and told him I didn't have the receipt any more.
he got onto the phone to someone,
found my purchase on the system,
had it emailed to us at the store,
attached it to my exchange slip and bobs your uncle, it was replaced.
