I purchased a vacuum packed rib eye steak at Food Lover's Market on Saturday 4 Jan. Upon opening it at home I realised that the meat must be off due the the really bad smell. I took the meat back to the store on Sunday morning to be replaced. A manager at the front of the store without any questions took me to the butchery manager. Without any questions from him, or without checking the purchase slip, he replaced the steak. I mentioned that I would like a different cut of meat to the one that I initially purchased. He then replaced the rib eye steak and gave me a sirloin steak as I requested at no extra cost. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
