We bought our daughter a gift the Jump-o-lene, but to our dissapointment it has a seam tear in the inside of the product and now she can't jump on it and she is devestated. Unfortunately my slip got lost with our move. My heart is broken for my little one and would like to know what can be done as it was rather expensive.
