Lost gift card vouche

Visited the Menlyn store and bought a gift voucher as a Xmas gift. The voucher was mislaid/ and I had no proof of purchase as the till slip was inside the voucher. I never in a million years thought that Woolies would come to my aid but they did. Thank you Mandy Crighton from the Gift Card Dept. You service exceeded my expectations. Resolved within 24 hours.
