I bought a portable jump starter to jump start my hybrid which always dies within a week of me being away. I explained exactly what I was buying the item for. Unfortunately the device was not strong enough to start my vehicle and I had to call out the AA (again).
I then went back to the store expecting some sort of argument and all they said was "No Problem" and processed the refund.
