After I explained to Simon that I was actually assisted by your other Branch in Boksburg brilliant service, who explained the specs to me and exactly what I want, I preferred to visit this branch for security reasons? I asked for the HP I7 new generation 4 Laptop at the price of R12999.99, silver laptop? ( There was also a Hp I7 laptop version 3 at the same price that I did not wanted. I left the store for half an hour to return for my purchase so I can leave just after, and Simon had the stock ready, and did the deal, sold me an extended warranty that I also left without? And also the wrong laptop that I spent a half an hour in your shop explaining what i wanted. The deal was done for him he just had to book out the stock did not even check? I live very far from your store and went for business there and also explained this was a very special gift that now turned into a embarrassment for me. I phoned him at 5h30 and noted this was the wrong colour and specs, he had no excuse! This is unethical!!!
