Incredible Connection
Incredible Connection are so unreliable!!!

I recommended incredible connection to a fiend from out of town who was in search of a laptop while in CT and all i can say is i genuinely regret referring her to such an appalling retail outlet. She walked into the incredible connection store with the complete intention of purchasing a laptop that was on special. The sales assistant (Name to be revealed to supplier) assured her the special was still available and that they had stock. She decided to purchase the laptop (On Promotion) however she needed to transfer funds in order to do so. This extremely willing sales assistant felt he could jump through hoops quite obviously as he assured her in the store that he was able to keep a laptop aside and he would be able to transfer all her files from her old laptop to the new one. Now from her point of view this man seemed like a truly wonderful sales assistant until she went back to find out that this man definitely did not keep the laptop aside and the western cape is currently out of stock and they cant help her. Which means this very "positive and helpful sales assistant" leaves her without a laptop when she had been assured that the laptop would be kept aside.
