Edgars agents Useless

I applied for an Edgars account about a month ago, the consultant in store was excellent, she helped me with the whole process. And then came time to confirm my proof of employment, i called they called and called apparently all the cellphone numbers i had given them we off all the time. Today i called 011 498 8110 Edgars spoke to 4 agents who were completely useless, they still said they will call and call they never did, i guess they still waiting on my proof of employment. FYI my credit score is amazing for a 25 year old, just putting it out there.
