Accuse me of being rude after he says he cant help

Sketchers Cresta over charge me R17 871.00 for shoes. I come in to sort it out.
I run into the manager and he is so uninterested in helping me so I ask to speak to someone more helpful and I get told I'm rude.

So annoyed with the lack of professionalism and customer service.
